Vocal Therapy & Peer Support through TTRPGs
Yes, really — tabletop roleplaying games as a vehicle for vocal training and peer support among trans folks. Phaedra Charles, LPCC is teaming up with speech pathologist Collin Eagen, CCC-SLP to build a group where participants can practice vocal exploration together through the magic of collaborative storytelling. Curriculum and details are still being shaped. Watch this space.
Meditation and Yoga
M is a certified yoga and meditation teacher and they're bringing that to TRC this year! Expect meditation groups, yoga spaces, and trauma-informed yoga offerings. Details are still coming together, but if any of this resonates, let M know.
