Ages 18+ — Online — Pay What You Can — Series begins in April
What is your body trying to tell you, and how do you learn to listen? This class series offers practical skills for tuning into your body's signals about limits, wants, and energy, so you can make clearer, more grounded choices in everyday life and intimacy.
Facilitated by James and Cass, these classes are offered in two tracks:
Body Basics — Foundational embodiment skills for everyday life
Erotic Essentials — The same core skills applied to sexuality and arousal, in a pleasure-positive, educational setting where the focus stays on your own experience.

Yes, really — tabletop roleplaying games as a vehicle for vocal training and peer support among trans folks. Phaedra Charles, LPCC is teaming up with speech pathologist Collin Eagen, CCC-SLP to build a group where participants can practice vocal exploration together through the magic of collaborative storytelling. Curriculum and details are still being shaped. Watch this space.
