I am an LPCC, with a graduate degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy & Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University. As a transgender, queer/lesbian, white, neurodivergent (Autistic), and currently able-bodied woman, I bring lived experience with non-traditional relationship structures, religious trauma, dissociative disorders, and CPTSD. These personal journeys inspired me to become a therapist.
I specialize in “depth-work,” drawing from Contemplative, Psychodynamic, Attachment-Focused, Transfeminist, and Liberation psychologies. For goal-oriented clients, I also use behavioristic approaches like DBT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. My practice is grounded in abolitionist, anti-capitalist, trauma-informed, and decolonizing principles.
Working with me offers a space to engage in deep, transformative exploration. Clients who work with me often find that they can explore and unpack complex traumas, internalized shame, and the unhelpful cycles that leave them feeling stuck. Whether through in-depth self-discovery or more goal-oriented behavioral approaches, the therapeutic process is designed to help you understand your stories, embrace your social locations, and foster significant growth in understanding yourself and others. You can expect to move toward genuine change as you learn to hold life challenges.
I am comfortable and confident in working with clients who are:
LGBTQIA+
Neurodiverse (ADHD, Autism, OCD, etc.)
BIPOC
Disabled
Polyamorous/ENM
As well as clients who experience:
CPTSD & PTSD
Anxiety/Depression
Dissociative Disorders (DID, DPDR, etc.)
Personality Disorders (BPD, etc.)
A history of trauma (interpersonal violence, religious, etc.)
Passive suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors
Divorce and other unexpected life changes related to career & relationships
I live with my partner and two pets, and enjoy PC/console and tabletop gaming (D&D, Call of Cthulu, Magic the Gathering), as well as horror movies. I also enjoy astrology/tarot (Aquarius sun, Leo moon, Leo rising) and identify as a kitchen witch.
I look forward to learning about your whole self—not only what brings you joy, excites you, and inspires your passions, but also the challenges, frustrations, and difficulties you are navigating and seeking support for. I hope we have the opportunity to work together!
