I offer embodiment and intimacy coaching to adults and couples who want to reconnect with their bodies, limits, and desires.
What we might explore:
What is my body telling me? Noticing sensations, understanding your body's signals, and recognizing yes, no, and maybe.
Can I stay with this? Working with overwhelm, building capacity, and feeling more at home in your body.
Can I say what's true? Asking for what you want, naming limits, and making clear agreements.
How good am I willing to feel? Exploring desire, pleasure, and intimacy at your own pace.
I believe reclaiming bodily autonomy and pleasure is personal, political, and especially urgent for those of us who've been taught our desires, bodies, or ways of processing the world are "wrong." I work with people of all sexual orientations and genders, and am especially passionate about helping those who may be misunderstood or stigmatized in the sexual realm, for example people who are:
Asexual / on the ace-spectrum
Older (65+)
Disabled
Religious and/or spiritual
Poly / non-monogamous
Sex workers
Into kink / BDSM

💸 Sliding scale: $75–$150 / hour (self-pay, no insurance)
