I am a queer, white, chronically ill, and neurodivergent (ADHD) therapist in Fort Collins! I am passionate about supporting a therapy space that is consent-driven, autonomy-honoring, and rooted in a social justice framework. I care most about a connection built on trust, safety, and radical acceptance so that therapy can feel supportive and loving to you and your story. This is your space and you deserve to feel safe, so I make sure to be fully transparent and open about all aspects of our work together: Nothing about you *without you*.
I am relational and empowerment focused, believing that our co-created space together can provide a safe grounding as you explore, grow, feel, and connect deeper to yourself and your community. A Liberatory Harm Reduction lens is at the core of my beliefs as a therapist, believing that true healing and wholeness come from community-led liberation and radical collective care. I honor the survival strategies and decisions you make for your mind/body/being that allow you to survive within these oppressive systems, because you know your safety best.
Outside of being a therapist, I like to crochet and create colorful lists, collect fun stickers, take care of plants, and make things (especially cookies!) to share.
My partner and I are raising 2 tiny humans who like finding bugs and making all the arts and crafts. We also have 3 chickens (Florence, Dorothea, and Clara) and a giant dog named Fable.
