I’m a queer, non-binary Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy can be a space where you don’t have to explain or hide any part of yourself. My work is grounded in anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and intersectional values, and I hold deep awareness that our mental health is shaped by our identities, relationships, and the systems we move through.
I’ve spent much of my career working in schools and community settings, supporting youth, adults, and educators through grief, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. These experiences have shown me how powerful it is to be witnessed with care, curiosity, and respect—especially in spaces where people have not always felt fully seen or understood.
My approach is relational and collaborative. I don’t see therapy as fixing you, but as an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, make meaning of your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned. I feel especially honored to work alongside LGBTQIA+ folks, educators, and others who are navigating identity, healing, and finding their place in the world.
