I work with individuals, groups, couples, & multiamorous clients navigating life's challenges.
My experience includes: Adult Development & Aging, Acquired & Developmental Disabilities, Bereavement, Caribbean, Hispanic, & Latine Acculturative Distress, Conflict Resolution, Domestic Violence, Gender Identity, HIV/STI Counseling, Education & Outreach, Human Sexuality, Men's issues, Neurodivergence, Relationship Issues, Religious Trauma, Sexual Identity, Systems of Control, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Undue Influence & Queer Issues.
My therapeutic specialty areas are: Bereavement, Grief, & Loss, Couples, Multiamorous Relationship, & Sex Therapy, Systems of Control & Undue Influence, & Trauma (Acute, PTSD, & C-PTSD) My integrative therapeutic approach is collaborative, combining existential exploration with evidence-based modalities, such as ACT, Biofeedback, Clinical Hypnotherapy, & EMDR.
